The interior dry walls, baseboards, HVAC vents, and front door will be painted. All electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances will be tested and malfunctions will be addressed. A housekeeper will do a detailed cleaning of the apartment and a team member will do a final inspection before your move-in to ensure satisfaction.

Yes, we do have on-site maintenance. For normal maintenance repairs, members of the maintenance team are on-site Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Visit your resident profile page, submit a service request and a member of the maintenance will address the repair.

The onsite team addresses all maintenance concerns Monday through Friday from 8 am - 6 pm.

No, you don't have to be present for a service technician to perform the work.

You will need to call a locksmith to give you access to your apartment.

No, you cannot decorate the apartment without prior written approval.

If you need a service request after hours, call the office phone number, select option 2, and leave a name, number, and a detailed message.

You are responsible for replacing lightbulbs in your unit.

Amenitities that we offer are a ground pool, rooftop pool, cardio fitness center, Olympic gym, resident lounge, gas grill courtyard, charcoal grill courtyard, pet park, 4 elevators, running club, and hit classes with a trainer 5 times a week, 

Our pool and deck hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Yes, there are 5 levels in our parking garage.

No, garages are not available.

The washer and dryer are located within the unit, depending on the floor plan.

Some selected units provide a washer and dryer.

Yes, you can bring your own washer and dryer if the apartment does not have one.

There is a $300 pet fee and $20 pet rent per pet with a maximum of 2 pets.

There are no weight or breed restrictions on pets.

Guests are the responsibility of the residents and they must comply with all community policies. 2 guests per resident in the pool area.

No, you will not be allowed to sublet your apartment. 

If you break your lease, the buyout fee is two months of rent.

All applicants must have a combined verifiable source of income at a gross amount of no less than three times the market rent. All applicants must have established retail credit in good standing. No felony offenses. If the criminal background search reveals past criminal behavior or pending criminal charges for any applicant or occupant which violates our policy, it could cause a denial. No negative rental, eviction, or foreclosure. 

If you cancel your application prior to moving in, application fees will not be refundable.

The company is EcoTeam and they service on Fridays.

Yes, we have a $250 Administrative fee and $75 Application fee.
